Berry Smoothie Recipe
Fresh Berries of your choice (We used):
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Natural Raw Oats (*Optional)
Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves
1Kg Natural Yogurt
Honey to flavour the yogurt. (*Optional)
- Place fruit into a blender/ food processor on high for 3 minutes, until pureed.
- Add Yogurt
- Add Oats
- Add Mint Leaves
- Add Honey
- Continue blending till you have a smoothe consistency, garnish with fresh mint leaves & serve immediately.
