Berry Smoothie Recipe



Fresh Berries of your choice (We used):
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Natural Raw Oats (*Optional)
Handful of Fresh Mint Leaves
1Kg Natural Yogurt

Honey‎ to flavour the yogurt. (*Optional)



  1. Place fruit into a blender/ food processor on high for 3 minutes, until pureed.
  2. Add Yogurt
  3. Add Oats
  4. Add Mint Leaves
  5. Add Honey
  6. Continue blending till you have a smoothe consistency, garnish with fresh mint leaves & serve immediately.
