Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3 over ripe Mangos
200ml ice cubes
1Kg Natural Yogurt

*Optional: Honey

 

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients above into a blender/ food processor
  2. Blend on high for 3 minutes till smooth
  3. Serve with sprig of fresh mint leaves *Optional
